# Which is the best - Yoga or Jogging /Running?

So guys this before I discussed about yoga vs jogging/running truely I want to thank to you cause you seriously take care your our health so you ask this.So I try of my best, satisfy to you.
OK let's go for the detail...... 

1. > Running is Vrey good to weight loss quickly.How it work? Simply, that you know after run we feel tired,we can't take breath properly. Because,our body function become excited and heartbeat move fast. For all this burn body calories and with sweat go out from our body as fat.
>Yoga is slowly progressing to decrease weight. We know that yoga is a art form to heal our mind and body, there have no discomposure or excitement. So Body react slowly and we don't face tiredness, and breathing problems and the main part of yoga cure innerly our health issues.
2.>If you have knee problems, back pain, heel and ankle pain so you can't run or walk properly.
>You have problem so please go for yoga. Because yoga can cure your all problem
3.>Sinior citizens can't running /jogging. We know why! After 30-40 our bone decay,this time have much more risk to break bone and also pain. So running is not good option. 

>Just for sinior citizens yoga have lost of benifit. Retirement time we feel lonly and we suffer many health issues. Yoga can meke your happiness. If you go any centre to yoga practice so your some lonly time spent with fun and you will get your fitness.

4.>If you daily run/jogging so which part of your body take mostly pressure? You know that... Lag( heel or ankle,knee).Our hamstring become stiff and you feel pain to climb any slaps, you can't jump and feel pain bend to your knees. (I research this)

>Heartly I want to say if you suffer this all problems please come to yoga and you realise itself. In my research lot of people get benifit from pain. *But note it as regularly doing they get it.

4.>If you run or Jogging, you can't do this15to 30 minut then extra,due it is very heavy work out.
 
>Yoga practice completely our choice to doing 1 hour to 2 hour you can do it without any problem.

5.>Last point is running /jogging doing prosses eject sweat and burn calories as I say it first point.So if you can't give your body a healthy food, your body become sick and till ful day you suffer tierd. Slowly you mind will irritable. 

>Yoga prosses you don't need intact high protein and Other. Yogi say to eat some good digestive food and they prefer vegetarian food to eat. But if you can't please don't. I am take non veg, I have no problem*but take low quantity if you want to take.(veg food stop excitement in you body so innerly you feel peace.) yoga refresh your mind with the same time of yoga work out. Pranyam and meditation is related to yoga. It help your full day become happy and energetic.


       At last yoga and jogging /running shake hands each other. How?
I suggest before doing yoga please warm up your body. In my centre I do this. Why?
If you warm up body, your muscles become easy so you move smoothly and stretch your body for do perfect asan posture fluently.
