Research say every day approx milion people search any subject related with yoga. Why yoga is popular more than other way to build up good health and mind?

Which is the best- Yoga OR Gym?

1>I practically found it gym is too useful for quickly weight loose, mussels build up.But in quickness we loss our flexibility. Yes trust me for compare between a yoga practicer and a gym practicer the main fact is flexibility power.

2>Yoga works slowly but it meke we innerly strong and healthy with flexibilities. Weight loss obviously will be for daily yoga practice.
 
3>Such a people visit me for back pain derive from gym machine use,then they want to cure this toward yoga therapy.

4> If you leave gym mustly your body became shapeless, Increase your weight quickly as you lose.

5>If you stop yoga obviously you become unhealthy an shapeless but is make you it slowly. Few people say they have not problem suffer to leave yoga.
  6>Gym can't peace our mind, Yoga can.

7>Gym work every pepole can't do their home, Yoga, you can do it your smallest room also and anywhere.
